The United Cooperative Housing Association (UCHA) is an organization operated by cooperative members for housing cooperatives with a mission to provide in-depth educational class experiences and networking opportunities to help ensure the longevity of housing cooperatives well into the future and to maintain a voice of support in the world of cooperative housing.

We are offering all housing cooperatives an opportunity to be in charge of the density of their cooperative. Our organization primarily offers training opportunities on subjects that we as actual cooperative members feel are necessary to help assist us in maintaining and operating our housing asset.
